The Clave is a conduit or hosting intermediary which enables Artists to distribute their original work through the
internet through download.
The site is designed to allow the viewer to immediately purchase and download the audio/video files which they select.
The Clave in no way condones copyright infringement and will act immediately against any Artist who uses this service and infringes the copyrights of others. For more information on copyrights please go here. The Clave makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the material distributed through The Clave does not infringe copyrights however the ultimate responsibility lies with the Artist providing the material. If you suspect copyright infringement has taken place please contact us immediately.
We recognize the value of both open standards (MPEG, MP3) and copy/use restricted standards (Digital Rights Management). We support both distribution models.
<> Payment for purchases are made through Paypal and credit card. Payment to the artist is done through Paypal. The Artist actually determines the sale price of each track and any combinations of tracks. You just let us know the prices you wish to charge. Our % charge per transaction remains the same.
